![]() You can still switch to full screen mode when you have hidden the button, to do so hit the "F" key. ![]() The second option hides the full screen button in YouTube's video player. Click in the hotkey box to register a new key, and hit the save button to apply the changes. Though the box next to this setting is blank, the addon does have a default hotkey pre-enabled, which as I mentioned earlier is ~. The first of these, allows you to set a custom shortcut key. It has three options, none of which are enabled by default. Head to the YouTube Windowed FullScreen settings by clicking on the extension's button. When YouTube Windowed FullScreen is enabled, it hides the elements at the top (menu, search bar, sign in, notifications, etc) and below the video player (views, likes, comments, autoplay, etc). This gives you a more immersive and distraction-free viewing experience, while restricting the video to play in windowed mode. So can anybody help me to stop latest Firefox automatic installation and only leave the old one? Any solution would be very appreciated. There is a lot of wasted screen real estate in YouTube's theater mode. So I checked installed applications and AGAIN found mysteriously installed latest Firefox with the old one. After a few days, again Youtube doesn't show videos, only sound plays, and you can see actual video frames by pointing cursor on video time line. So this time I again installed older Firefox (34.0.5) and made that it never look for updates and won't install them. So I uninstalled latest Firefox, but unfortunately it also uninstalled my older version Firefox. Unintentionally, I opened Revo Uninstall and saw that there's TWO Firefoxes installed - one is that I personally installed and another is newest Firefox 37.0.2. ![]() After a week I noticed that YouTube again shows black screen box. So I uninstalled Firefox and downloaded older, but stable version (34.0.5). I tried to install earlier version but that didn't change anything. So after a lot of research, many people claimed that this is flash player problem. ![]() I've noticed recently that Firefox stopped playing YouTube videos and showing only black screen where supposed to be a video. ![]()
